On the off chance that it's a document in an organizer that you need to duplicate (to copy) or cut (to move) into another envelope, click on the record to choose it. To choose different documents on the double, hold down the Control (CTRL) key (on Windows) or the Command key (on more seasoned Macs, it's the Apple logo; on more current Macs, it's this wavy do: ⌘) while tapping the other files. For pictures, right-tap on the picture, then tap on "Duplicate" or "Duplicate Image" contingent upon the application. On the off chance that you need to duplicate some content, highlight it by clicking just before the first letter you need to duplicate, hold down the mouse catch while dragging your mouse to one side, and after that discharging after you have chosen your content.

You can read this tutorial http://www.free-computer-tutorials.net/word-2010-home.html and it will show you how to paste in word. Copying and pasting works about the same way in all programs. The short cut key to copy is hold down the ctrl button and press the letter c. After doing this release the buttons click where you would like the information pasted and hold down the ctrl button and press the letter v.

I hope this helps
