Creating a Form in Outlook 2007
by: Jennifer

Thank you for asking the question.

I am assuming that you would like the form created in Outlook 2007. Click New mail message and select the developer tab. Click the down arrow of the Publish button. Click Publish form as. Title your form and click publish. Click Design this form.
This will take you to the form designer window. Click on the body section of the email message and delete it. This can get in the way and cause problems with layering your form and sections being hidden.
Click on the control tool box button in the tools section of the developer tab. This will open a small tool box. Select the label tool and click anywhere in the body of the email. You can move the boxes to the position you want later. Right click on the label box and select properties. In the name and caption sections of the properties window type the text you would like. For example use the “Thank you for your support today. You will pick up” from the original question. Click OK to return to creating your form.
Click on the text box icon in the tool box. Right click and select properties. In the properties window type “ClientName” in the name box and uncheck sunken. Click Ok.
Right click again and select advanced properties. Change Auto size to true and value to clientname. Click ok to return to editing.
Click on Publish form. When you want to send an email message using this form click the down arrow for new and select choose form. Select personal form libraries and double click the form name you just created.
