Highlighting rows in a table Word 2007

Highlighting a row in a table in Word 2007 allows you to do several things. You can make changes to text format. Such as font style color and size. You can delete the row. Move it. Etc. highlighting the row works like highlighting highlighting text in a document it is just a selecting tool.
