Hello Leza, It does look like you have Malware by the screenshot. If you want a clean install most computers that don't have an installation disk have a partitioned hard drive. When your are booting up your computer press the f2 key. this will take you to the dos start up. in there find how to change the drive you are booting to. There should be a hard drive that has the operating system installed on it. After you have selected this drive save and close dos. This will reboot your computer to the new drive and begin the operating system install wizard. If you haven't been in this screen before it may be a little tricky. I'd be happy to walk you through this with screen shots or on a video conference for $30 per hour. Email and form questions are always free.
