I made a page set up in Excel workbook using Laptop and tried to print it by using my desktop but page set up changes. Why is it happening and how to resolve it?

Data Validation

content that is entered into a cell. Click on a cell then click on the data validation button. This will open a window for you to set your criteria. The drop down menu in the allow section has a variety of options. When you select one of these options it will only allow that type of data to be entered into that cell. Next click on the input message tab. This tab will let you enter a message to the spreadsheet user when wrong data is entered into the cell. For example if you only want a time entered in the cell and a whole number is entered you can give them a custom message stating that it is not valid to enter that number and please enter a time.

Excel Page Setup

This can happen when there are different versions of Excel being used. For example Excel XP vs Excel 2007 or 2010. If you save the file in the file as Excel 97-2003 format it will help with not changing format when using older versions.
