Please assist my brother Bobby

Hi I am Robby, I recently purchased a 2 & 1 HP computer for me and my brother, Bobby. Bobby lives in Antioch, CA. I live in North Augusta, SC. Is there any way someone can assist him with Basic computer lesson. I tried over the phone. It not going to work. His phone is 925-238-5813. If someone can go by once or twice a week for a hour. He have Wifi and that is it. I like to be able to text, or email him, he want learn about basic computer use. Please, please help US! Robby.
