Rotating a text box

Hi, in excel rotating a text box is easy, double click and there is a little green dot you can grab and rotate the text box to any degree you choose. I cannot find the same functionality in Word.

Please assist, thanks.

Rotating Text in Word
by: Jennifer

In word the easiest way to rotate text is to create a text box, type your text and rotate the text box. There will be the longer, center line with a rotate dot or icon (depending on what version you are using) at the top center. Grab the top of the dot/icon and drag to rotate. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
