Window 7 re moving pictures.

How do I coppy some of my pictures from my iphone SE to my laptop which has Windows 7?

Also I was at walmart the other day and wanted to get some photos from my iphone SE developed there. The pictures that I had wanted to do, were not accepted. I had just taken them this September. The lady suggested that I download them onto my computer, then download them again on a USB and then bring them into Walmart. Sort of complicated but hope you can figure this out for me.
Thanks loads.

Getting Pictures off your iPhone
by: Jennifer

There was a recent update with Apple that switched things to the cloud. If this update is on your phone and you can no longer just plug your iPhone into the computer and see the drive you may have to log into your cloud account and download the pictures to your computer.

Go to and log in using your apple id. it will show you the programs that are backed up on your icloud account. click on your photos. From there you can select the pictures and download them.

Please let me know if you need more details.
