Windows 7 file structure

I have sectors linked together that aren't file(s). I want to make those into files so that they can be deleted. How can I do this?

I'm not sure what you mean by sectors. To move any type of file you can click the left mouse button hold it down and drag it to a new location. Depending on the file type you may be able to use what every program it was created in to manipulate the file information and break out the sections you want to delete. Please give me some more information so I can better help.
